With her background in interaction design and user experience, Nina has worked as a design consultant for more than ten years. She has worked primarily in digital- and service design related projects, both as a hands-on designer and as team lead. She now focuses on design management, business development and the communication of design skills and mindset through leading and teaching at Designit Oslo’s educational unit.

She loves combining the creative and the analytical, and is passionate about communicating both orally and in written language. She especially enjoys explaining the complex and confusing in easy and appealing ways! This has for example brought her to chair and serve as keynote at Norwegian design conferences, and 2019 will see the release of her first book – a guide to how to master wild camping targeted at families with young kids.

She has served as guest speaker, tutor and examiner at Norwegian universities teaching design, for example at Oslo School of Architecture and Design (AHO) and NTNU. Nina has been a part of developing the Cooper Professional Education course in Design Leadership. She trained as an Industrial Designer focusing on User Experience at NTNU (MA/MSc) and later as a Design Manager through Grow/Park.
