Christine Fitts has more than 20 years’ experience developing user-centered solutions, building user experience (UX) teams and processes, and driving innovation within organizations. At AGENCY.COM, a digital consulting firm, Christine led UX efforts for web and software projects for clients including Texaco, HP, Coca-Cola, Lazard Frères and a mobile app delivery start-up. Running her own firm, Christine drove UX for the team building e-commerce platforms for multiple publishing brands (Frommer’s, For Dummies, CliffsNotes, Wiley.com, Wiley InterScience) and software systems for Princeton Review. At Everyday Health, Christine established a user experience practice, developing all processes for design thinking, driving innovation and building a self-sustaining team of all-stars. Their work included building a white label platform for wellness brands (Mayo Clinic Diet, South Beach Diet, Jillian Michaels), managing EverydayHealth.com and leading all product innovation efforts for the content studio. Christine currently shares her knowledge and passion by teaching and coaching with Cooper Professional Education, a division of DesignIt. Throughout her career, Christine has been inspired and humbled by the insights of people using her clients’ products and services and is obsessed with constant learning and improvement. She lives in Brooklyn with her partner, two kids and very-spoiled dog named Oko.
