If you believe that Design Thinking can help organizations become more innovative and creative, you love crafting the nitty gritty of learning programs, and you’re up for pushing your own perception of how learning can work inside of organizations, read on.
We’re looking for a learning experience designer who will help us execute on a new vision for professional education. Tactically, that means you’ll redesign our current courses, create many new ones, and do that across a variety of platforms. It’s important that you are someone who thinks about the entire learning journey and which platform would serve learners best at different moments in time – akin to an artist who can work in film, paint, and prose and chooses the medium(s) that tells a particular story best. This means you understand curriculum design best practices, but you are not beholden to one way of teaching. You must be willing to consider, “What if there were no classroom? Or online component?” before you dive into designing a learning journey.
You also need to work fast and smart. You won’t have the luxury of four months to develop a single course; you’ll have to be nimble and strategic about how courses are designed. You need to think in ecosystem. Because we are focused on organizational change, all training needs to be designed in consideration of that larger context – e.g. who trainees report to, who they must successfully collaborate with, and how we can support them as they apply what we teach to their own world.

We teach what we practice on real-world client engagements, and we’re obsessed with ensuring that our training is practical, relatable, and engaging.
