Chris Noessel is a managing director of interaction design at Cooper. His industry experience ranges from owning a small, museum-focused company in Houston to working with Microsoft's futures prototyping group in Seattle. For marchFIRST he was Director of Information Architecture.

Doug LeMoine is a managing director of interaction design at Cooper. In ten years at Cooper, his designs have helped orthopedic surgeons more precisely wield bone saws, revealed risk in mutual fund portfolios, and created a friendly way for elderly people to monitor and communicate about their health.

Nick Myers is managing director of visual design and branding at Cooper. Nick has worked on personalized health predication, EMRs, portfolio and wealth management, in-home patient care, 3D home redecoration, medical informatics, geological exploration, check fraud, and many more mobile products and devices.

Steve Calde is a managing director at Cooper, where he’s been helping to make the digital world a safer place for users since 1998. Steve has worked in diverse domains such as golf course irrigation, IT administration, online radio, intravenous medication delivery, telecommunications, and more.

Susan Dybbs is a director of interaction design at Cooper who focuses on interpreting human behavior to form the foundation for her designs. She has worked with a wide selection of organizations, from start-ups to global businesses.

Suzy Thompson is a director of interaction design at Cooper. Her work ranges from broadly targeted consumer web applications to complex, mission-critical business software. Prior to joining Cooper in 2005, Suzy served a variety of product definition and design roles over the course of 10 years at PeopleSoft, Inc.

Teresa Brazen is a curriculum & marketing strategist for Cooper U. She pulls from her experience across many disciplines (art, film, design, journalism) to inspire curriculum, teach, and build community. Her passion is empowering people with methods for creating dynamic, inspired cultures within teams, projects, and organizations.

Professor R. Brian Stone, of the Department of Design at Ohio State University, brings over 20 years of design education and practice to Cooper U. His work has garnered numerous awards for design excellence, usability, and user satisfaction, including the Apple Distinguished Educator award.

Onsite or Custom Training

If you have a large group to train or you want a course focused on specific needs, consider treating your whole team to a Cooper U course. Our standard courses work well for most companies, but if off-the-shelf just won’t do, we’ll work with you to develop a customized program. We often provide abbreviated versions of our standard courses, exercises that relate to your current projects, or one-day workshops that combine training with design consulting to solve specific problems.
