Janine has more than 20 years of experience working in digital strategy and interface design. She began her digital career at the dawn of the web: she guided strategic ideation and digital production as an interactive production manager at BBDO. She went on to specialize in information architecture and interface design, and worked as a consultant with clients such as KeyBank and Fidelity Investments, and in-house at Marsh & McLennan.
At Cooper, Janine leads research, design, and strategic insight projects. During this time she’s designed customized research plans and conducted insightful interviews with corporate executives, financial advisors, educators, high school students and others whose specialized experiences inform critical business decisions.
