Cooper at CHI Forum of Oregon in May

On May 7, Steve Calde of Cooper and Liz Bacon of Devise, former colleagues at Cooper, will discuss using personas as a tool to develop product features and behaviors. They will explore pitfalls, misconceptions, and misuse, as well as helpful persona creation and application techniques to inform interaction design solutions. More information at chifoo.org.

Lane Halley speaks to the National Restaurant Association

Lane will discuss Personas and Goal-Directed Design with NRA conference attendees in Chicago on May 19th.

David Fore at Business to Buttons in Malmo, Sweden

Goal-Directed Requirements Definition Seminar in Malmo, Sweden
