Announcing our Spring 2013 UX Boot Camp Partner: Fair Trade USA!

2012 was the inaugural year of the UX Boot Camp, so we were overwhelmed by the response that we got from so many different organizations that were interested in partnering with us in 2013. We were deeply impressed by the amount of consideration that went into each entry. Many thanks to all of the organizations who contacted us, please stay in touch for our 2014 Boot Camps.

It is with great pleasure we announce that Fair Trade USA will kick-off our 2013 UX Boot Camps from March 25-28

About the UX Boot Camp:

Participants in the Spring Boot Camp will explore ways connecting businesses with Fair Trade farmers, workers, and other producers of Fair Trade products, and educating and inviting consumers into the Fair Trade community.

About Fair Trade USA:

Fair Trade USA is the leading third-party certifier of Fair Trade products in the United States. They enable you, the consumer, to make a difference with your dollar. They help people and the planet work in tandem so both are healthy and sustained. They provide farmers in developing nations the tools to thrive as international business people. Instead of creating dependency on aid, they use a market-based approach that gives farmers fair prices, workers safe conditions, and entire communities resources for fair, healthy and sustainable lives.

They seek to inspire the rise of the Conscious Consumer and eliminate exploitation.

Designers, Developers, Project Managers and all other design enthusiasts join Cooper and Fair Trade USA this March in San Francisco for the most intense design week of your life. Take the plunge, if you think you're ready.

Excellent news. But you have to bring Cooper UX Boot Camp to Europe. I believe it would be a huge success. There are lots of designers, developers, project managers, analysts, etc that would like to participe in UX Boot Camp, in Europe. For instance I think the city of Lisbon (my city) would be very proud to receive the first european UX Boot Camp. ;-) Do you ever think about it, having an european edition? Thanks
