The punchline to the research and modeling activities is a crisp articulation of what it will take to delight your users.

Our initial set of design requirements guides the key decisions about your product's feature set. In addition to product functions, we also describe what the product must convey about your brand.

To determine these critical requirements, we spend just a few days creating high-level scenarios that describe how each persona would interact with an ideal product, without worrying about what the solution looks like. These scenarios highlight opportunities for innovation and help us envision the right workflow. Of course, this isn't all blue sky—when there are business requirements or constraints that just won't bend, we don't spend time talking about things you can't do.

Sometimes the requirements we identify validate your current direction, giving you more confidence as you proceed. In other cases, we uncover requirements that add to, or even conflict with, those you've already assumed. Based on real data, your team can better prioritize user needs and reach consensus about your product direction.
